What happens in the Build phase, and how soon will we see results?
We build, deploy and manage the systems in weekly sprints, starting with the highest-ROI workflow on your roadmap. Build runs month to month in three tiers sized by capacity: Entry, Standard and Enterprise. Most teams see measurable impact within weeks, because a focused pilot proves value on one workflow before it is rolled out across teams.

Deployments use role-based access controls, audit logs, encrypted pipelines and your existing SSO and identity systems, with human approval checkpoints where they matter.
